These Cheat Codes are optimized for the FCEUx emulator.
The FCEUx uses "Hexadecimal" value codes.
...meaning, the "suffix" on FCEUx is a 2-digit code ; ranging from 00 to FF.
These codes may also contain Letters A, B, C, D, E, and F in the suffix.
(depending on the code).
Meanwhile, FCEU Ultra previously used the 3-digit numerical Value Codes.
( Ranging from 000 to 255 ). ( Featuring all numbers, and no letters).

FCEUx has chosen to replace 3-digit value codes with 2-digit Hexadecimal value.

Whenever those numbers are small, such as 000, 001, thru 009;
it shouldn't make any difference.
If the old 3-digit suffix numbers were 000, 001, 002, 003, 004
Now it's 00, 01, 02, 03, 04, thru 09. etc.
However, when those suffix numbers are higher; it might require a conversion.
